This policy describes how RTT Meridian Commerce LLC handles personal information in connection with RTT Auto Essentials.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, order reference, and the contents of your message. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords, or sensitive identity documents through the contact form or email.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, provide customer support, maintain shopping carts and administer orders and requested transactions, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations. We do not use your inquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Current website operation

Our store uses WooCommerce to maintain shopping carts and support checkout. Cart and session cookies help remember selected items. During checkout we may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, ordered items, and related order records. This information is used for fulfillment, order communications, returns, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. If customer accounts are offered, account credentials and order history are processed for that service. Online payment is currently awaiting gateway activation. When activated, the payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms; do not send full card numbers by email or through our contact form. The contact form prepares a message in your email application; it does not send a message automatically or store it in a website inbox. External image and font providers may receive ordinary connection data, such as your IP address and browser information, when their resources load. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by hosting, email, ecommerce, fulfillment, carrier, and payment service providers as necessary to operate the business. We share only information reasonably needed for the relevant service, such as delivery details with a carrier. We may disclose information to comply with legal requirements or protect legitimate rights. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for customer service, legitimate business purposes, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions and verification. The site is not directed to children under 13. If our data practices change, we will update this policy before introducing the relevant functionality.
